Kelly & Brendan : Fullerton, CA
We were beyond honored when Kelly and Brendan chose us to photograph their wedding day. Both Kelly and Brendan are design savvy and creative individuals. In addition to their talented backgrounds, Kelly's parents were wedding photographers and her father, Robert Nease, continues to bless his clients with incredible commercial photography. It was a great privilege to capture his daughter's wedding day. Kelly and Brendan were incredible from the first moment we spent time with them. Brendan is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. He also shared Andrew's love for cars and even more, he designs race cars for a living. Kelly is an all around amazing woman who will astound you with her confidence, grace and wisdom. Needless to say, we had a great time with their engagement pictures.
Once their wedding day approached, we were jumping at the bit to get started. Both Brendan and Kelly are incredibly close with family. Their families have known each other for years, so it was a beautiful day of two families really joining together as one. You'll see some of the special moments they shared with each other as they were getting ready.
Pictures with the wedding party were a lot of fun. You can always tell who people are by the company they keep. Kelly and Brendan's bridesmaids and groomsmen confirmed how wonderful we knew Kelly and Brendan are. The day was beautiful. We also included a couple of family portraits. Their families are filled with great love and encouragement and share a huge part of their life together. And of course, there are some shots of the beautiful bride and handsome groom.
Kelly and Brendan saw each other for the first time when Kelly walked down the aisle. Their ceremony was filled with a beautiful love and great tradition. These two share a very special and real love with each other. It's encouraging to see two people understand each other in such a fluid way. You can see their chemistry as they interact together.
A fun detail about the black and white picture above: we were reenacting a picture taken of the two of them when they were about 5 years old. It was way too cute. Their reception was elegant, inviting, and filled with a lot of laughter. It was such a joy to be flies on the wall capturing their memories. At the end of the reception we did a couple more fun pics with Brendan and Kelly. Overall, you couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.
